We have a 21-day return policy. This means you have 21 days after your item was delivered to request & ship a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us through our contact us page. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items returned more than 21 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Please include your order# and return item in your message.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.  We recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for returns we do not receive.

Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable, and cannot be returned or exchanged for credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Shipping & handling fees, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable, and cannot be returned or exchanged for credit. The fastest and most efficient way to receive your new item, and to guarantee stock of the item you would like to receive, is to place a new order for the item you would like to receive. Then contact us to return the item you received.

Once we have received, inspected, and approved your return, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
